When we began looking for a new van, we researched ratings and reviews on several area dealers. When we found them, we sent a message to those dealers with lower ratings and we asked that they comment ratings and reviews on several area dealers. When we found them, we sent a message to those dealers with lower ratings and we asked that they comment (or justify) what we found. We thought we would provide the opportunity at least to hear their side of it. Those dealers refused to respond to our questions. Zimmerman Honda gave us good reason to believe all those higher ratings that they had received. It's not always all about money. Reputation and trust have worth in our opinion and our Sales Consultant, Mike Jarrin, reinforced those qualities all the way through the transaction. He provided a fully transparent experience answering all of our questions, sharing knowledge gained through his experience and finding additional information for our requests.
