Worse customer service I’m still at a loss how a dealership can keep a vehicle for six months and still not diagnose the problem. The first visit we were told a bad alternat I’m still at a loss how a dealership can keep a vehicle for six months and still not diagnose the problem. The first visit we were told a bad alternator. After multiple back and forth interactions we replaced the alternator. Long behold the van cut off while driving on the way home. We were told to bring it back. The second visit left my van basking in the sun untouched for months. Because they could replicate the issues. The mileage changed two miles. We were told to pick it up again. Again the issues happened on us 19 before making it home. We were told to return the van for further diagnostics. They then wanted to replace a 1600 dollar part that we had already replaced with no guarantee it would solve our issues. We dropped our van off June of 2019. We finally gave up on them fixing any issues December 2019. Don’t waist your money with this company. Mike the manager is horrible with customer services. He’s full of excuses on why you can never get a response. This company should be ashamed. More

4 hours of waiting Brandon was very nice, but I sat with my 3 and 1 year old for nearly 4 hours until I finally went to ask why it was taking so long. I went in for an o Brandon was very nice, but I sat with my 3 and 1 year old for nearly 4 hours until I finally went to ask why it was taking so long. I went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and because the automatic engine shutoff light was on. I made an appointment about 5 days in advance. I'm not sure why it took so long and then they try and say after 4 hours of waiting that I'm paying $230 for a new battery for the light issue. I bought the car from the dealership 5 months ago with the battery that was in the car. Thankfully Brandon waived the cost for the battery so I paid for just the oil change and tire rotation, but waiting 4 hours with two small children is brutal. If something takes longer than an hour, we should be told to take the shuttle van home to wait. He offered it in the beginning when I arrived, but when I asked him if it would take long he told me it shouldn't. More

Good as it gets I'm not someone who likes buying cars. It's a stressful, annoying expensive process in my opinion. This was as stress free as possible.
