My experience overall was excellent. I worked with Mike Henry. I would refer this gentleman to anyone. He was kind, knowledgeable, not pushy and willing to work with me. He stayed late I worked with Mike Henry. I would refer this gentleman to anyone. He was kind, knowledgeable, not pushy and willing to work with me. He stayed late one evening to help me hold the vehicle as I discovered someone else was interested in it. Great guy. I told my husband he should go through him for his next vehicle. The only reason I gave it 4 stars over 5 is because the person I worked with in finance was friendly but pushy. I said I didn't want the alarm or warranty and she wouldn't take no for an answer. Now I have both and wonder if I really needed them. Over all an excellent experience, and I really love my new car!!!!!!!! Absolutely no buyers remorse there!!!!!! More
