Brought my car in for recall and oil change. The recall for gas gauge was not fix until I brought it back. Float was stuck. Was ciorrected and everything was OK. Recently Infiniti opened a new dealership in Clarendon Hills, within 4 miles of my home! What a pleasure! BROUGHT MY 2008 FX35 IN FOR A DASH BOARD ISSUE AND WAS TOLD THAT IS WAS UNDER A RECALL AND THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME. I RECEIVED A LOANER CAR AND THEY ALSO FOUND A RECALL ISSUE ON THE ODOM TOLD THAT IS WAS UNDER A RECALL AND THAT IT WOULD BE FIXED AT NO COST TO ME. I RECEIVED A LOANER CAR AND THEY ALSO FOUND A RECALL ISSUE ON THE ODOMETER ORDER PARTS AND GOT TO WORK ON THAT AS WELL. I HAD MY CAR BACK THE NEXT DAY. Service staff was excellent. Took me in for service on a Friday afternoon. And I wanted to wait. Was initially a little dis-appointed in their prices but was very pleasantly surprised when I received the bi Friday afternoon. And I wanted to wait. I came in for a maintenance visit as my change oil filter light was on. I came in after work -- just before closing time --and was treated as if I was the only customer they had all day. I always receive great service and Mike Harlow is superb listening to issues and concerns; taking care letting us know how the service is progressing, etc. I also dealt with the parts department for the first time and had an excellant experience as well. Friendly, efficient and helpful -- I'm sorry I can't remember the gentleman's name. He even helped install the items I purchased. Again, something that had never happened at a Toyota, Volvo, etc dealership in the past. Infiniti is a quality product supported by quality service -- the service dept. is the reason I have purchased more than one Infiniti. More
