We then narrowed down my search through her process of elimination and as it ended up I drove off the lot with a brand new 2016 Highlander with everything I wanted. I was pleased with her attitude, the simplified process of getting to the bottom line price. Their breakdown of payment options based on down payment options really helped me decide on which monthly payment would work for my budget. The entire process was handled professionally and in a timely manner. I appreciate the attention to detail and the respect of my time and needs.
