After having an absolutely terrible experience with a different well known dealership in the Indianapolis area perviously I was extremely reluctant to even consider purchasing another new car as the prio different well known dealership in the Indianapolis area perviously I was extremely reluctant to even consider purchasing another new car as the prior experience was so bad, the service department was so bad, and the marketing was literally nonstop to get us to buy another vehicle. A good friend of mine strongly recommended that I at least meet with Mike Demetriades and see what they could do. I am retired and can’t and won’t spend hours walking lots and playing games. I wasn’t interested in all the other things dealers want to sell you to increase profits and I was paying cash so I wanted a straight forward honest experience that wasn’t going to take hours if not days to complete. I wanted my wife to be shown the models she was interested in and once she decided on the vehicle she wanted I’d just bring a cashier’s check and we’d be done. I was completely upfront about all of this and Mike made it clear to everyone involved that I was a serious buyer and would not play games and jump through a bunch of hoops or spend hours at the dealership needlessly. While it’s too early to say how I will find the service department to be, my wife is happy with her car and I haven’t been bombarded by marketing as I was previously by another dealer. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle to at least consider meeting with Mike and talking to him. I know he will be honest, upfront, and do his best to make it a pleasant experience. More
