James Manning was great! Very glad I ended up working with him. I live 1 1/2 hrs away and was trying to get answers and pricing on buying 2 different vehicles. I was told I would be called back that day with him. I live 1 1/2 hrs away and was trying to get answers and pricing on buying 2 different vehicles. I was told I would be called back that day, and never got a call. Called back the next day to find out that person had the day off, and never passed on my info. Just left me hanging. Next guy in line was was a little better. It only took me 2 full days to get realistic pricing on one of the vehicles. With never another question about the 50k edge ST I was inquiring on, or the 2016 edge I wanted to trade in. So that sale was lost, I'll go elsewhere. The pricing was fantastic on the Ford ranger I bought, that's the only reason I purchased it. I will be going elsewhere for the edge ST. After dealing with 3 different salesman I'm very glad to have landed with James. He really turned around my bad experience. More
