Make my purchase very easy I’m from Texas and I got a better deal at Current ford motor in Indiana . I was picked up. At airport in Chicago I was gonna ride to dealership where I actually got a chance to shake everyone hand a say to whom I met over the phone everyone inside the dealership service department was nice and willing to help me any way they could . If I’m in the market to a ford I would definitely be going back to Currie Ford motors In Indiana . Highly recommend if you’re shopping for new Ford to please check out current motors for very nice people , beautiful showroom friendly people will go and beyond to make you happy customer like I would like to say thank you to the Currie Ford family More

I had a positive experience purchasing my Roush F150 from Ford of Valpo. Inventory and price was unmatched, I shopped three dealerships from Indiana to North Carolina. The deal was complete along with the d Ford of Valpo. Inventory and price was unmatched, I shopped three dealerships from Indiana to North Carolina. The deal was complete along with the deposit to hold prior to driving 4 hours to pick it up. I worked with Cary and Byron during the sales process and both were thorough and professional. Post sale my communication has been with Brandon Manchak to address a minor warranty issue documented when I took delivery. Brandon is excellent, super responsive, professional and completely understands customer service. I have and will recommend to friends. More

Terrible waste of time. They love to play the “don’t shoot the messenger” game. Seems they are more worried about up selling and forcing their “paint protection” and whateve They love to play the “don’t shoot the messenger” game. Seems they are more worried about up selling and forcing their “paint protection” and whatever else they come up with, than just selling the car and getting a repeat customer. It appears the tactic is to start high and slowly come down wether it’s on the price/interest rate/payment or whatever package until the customer is flat worn out (4+ hours) and just signs so they can get outta there. Terrible way to do business. They messed me around so long I just left and they followed me into the parking lot and assured me if I just gave them a chance they would make it right.. so I gave them a chance and 4+ hours and 2 phone calls later they were just “too busy” to process my app?….. whatever that means… I would suggest avoiding this place if ya can. More
