This is the 7th time my family and I have purchased from Toyota of Cleveland. All I can say is they are the same every time we have been there. My wife and I initially came to the dealership just to test a few other cars out and to help find out the ideal car that she would want. Once we got onto the lot Mike was extremely nice and helped find us test a few other cars out and to help find out the ideal car that she would want.
