Mike was to the point. It was a 90 mile drive so I told him the time I would arrive and he had the vehicle inside and ready to test drive. I wrote down a few stock numbers and went to the dealership. the salesman was very friendly and helpful and bought out all the trucks I was interested in and let me decide if I wanted them. there price was way below any other dealer I had been too he answered all my questions and gave me a great deal for my old one. was in and out in a few hours with out any pressure to buy or not. More

He was honest, very knowledgeable, and very friendly. I ended up flying out from NYC to Wisconsin the next morning and Met up with Mike. He's a heck of a solid, truthful guy, very hard to find such a person and such a dealership In this industry. I got a great deal on the best truck I've ever seen. I would definitely recommend Mike and Lenz to anyone, it was worth the trip. Probably the last honest auto dealer around. More

I had a wonderful experience at Lenz Truck Center with Mike Buhler! I traveled 500 miles by plane and by bus to buy a relatively low-dollar vehicle and Mike was there for me every step of the way - he eve Mike Buhler! The truck was priced as advertised, in the immaculate condition as advertised, and with three quick signatures, I was out the door. Mike recommended a great local hotel and furnished a gift card for the Fleet Farm next door. And when I mentioned in passing on my way out that I had forgotten my gloves, he brought a pair out to me, WOW - what customer service! Thank you Mike at Lenz Truck for this easy and refreshing experience buying a truck. When it's time for another, I'll make the trip! More

I traveled 335 miles from Spring Lake, MI to purchase a used truck that I has only seen on their wed site; very scary! Mike Buhler was in early and let me in and let me use his phone and assisted me in finding the right location to drop off the vehicle. Sam Pegram picked me up from the car rental location and brought me back to the dealership, brought my truck in for my inspection answering all of my questions and then processed my paper work along with Vanessa who was very friendly, making sure I had a fresh cup of coffee! Nik, the finance guy had me in and out in no time even with a glitch with the check my credit union sent me over with. (No, it didn't bounce) I was on my way with a $25.00 fuel card and huge sigh of relief. The used vehicle was clean and in very good shape for a used truck. The usual cosmetic blemishes were minimal. The truck runs great, the customer service was awesome and the price was very reasonable as compared with other dealerships I was considering. A drive to Lenz Auto is well worth it. Even if I had decided not to go with my original choice, I am confident I would have found another vehicle as they have a tremendous selection to choose from. Thanks again to the staff! More

After a bad experience with trying to buy a gmc acadia, i looked on auto trader and found one at lenz. on sat mike called me and we talked he actually pulled the car fax on the two we looked at at van horn i looked on auto trader and found one at lenz. on sat mike called me and we talked he actually pulled the car fax on the two we looked at at van horn in plymouth(dont trust them) turns out they were BOTH manufacture buy backs and we'd have been screwed. i told mike when my fiancee got home wed come down and look. well we didnt get there till about 2pm (they closed at 3 on sat) and we talked to mike for awhile. he suggested doing paperwork first instead on test driving the acadia falling in love and not getting it. which i understood and i already got my hopes up once this week didnt wanna do it again, we explained out situation and trying to rebuild my credit. this was our start over point. he talked to dave in finacing and much to our surprise they were able to get us something decent given the dificulty of the situation. these guys stayed till 7pm (4 hrs after closing) to do this deal. they took my old car in paid it off and got us the exact car weve been looking for, nothing missing. these guys went above and beyond our expectaions to get us an AMAZING acadia. (even though tracking it down was a little difficult haha) i cant thank you guys enough for all your hardwork, kindness, and giving us a great oppertunity to start over! id give you 10 stars on here if i could but it only goes to 5. id love to work with you guys in the future. More

This was by far the best auto buying experience we have been thru. Most of the work was done on-line.
