Jalen Dorton is a master of his craft and an excellent human being. A deal that took three days because of the complications on my end and not once did he loose his professionalism and willingness to help human being. On the drive from Tallahassee to Clearwater I must have passed 40 dealerships but it he made a deal for me well worth the 4.5hr drive. Needless to say I’m very pleased with my experience with Jalen and Walker Ford. Hope to not need a another vehicle for a while, but if I do, Jalen and walker ford will certainly be my first stop. People were great. The location is so so. My biggest concern was the fact that I you charged me to go thru the truck but I left the dealership with no rear lights, that The location is so so. I had to drive in the rain 25 minutes down the rd. Then the next day I had to drive it back the next day. Just wondering why i was charged for something that obviously wasn't done. More
