Had a fabulous experience at Ford of Port Richey. Mike helped me on the phone to set up an appointment with Enrique. Enrique was probably the best salesman that I have ever dealt with in the car indu Mike helped me on the phone to set up an appointment with Enrique. Enrique was probably the best salesman that I have ever dealt with in the car industry. Very satisfied with the process from the salesman, to the sales manager, to the finance department. Couldn't have been happier. My only ding on the sale was that the detail department did what I would say was a 2 out of 5 stars. Not sure if the truck just arrived that day used but when I got the truck home the rear interior seat area was covered with glass from a broken out rear window at some point and the undercarriage of the truck was caked in about 6" of dirt and mud that took me a couple of hours to pressure wash off. Overall though, great experience! Would buy from Ford of Port Richey again! More
