The online advertisement showed a very large discount on the vehicle, but when I arrived at the dealership I was told that the advertised amount included several special discounts (military, teacher, healthcare, etc.) that most customers do not qualify for. This was not clearly explained online. The process took several hours and the pricing was confusing. Although I eventually purchased the vehicle, the experience was frustrating and not transparent. I had an issue two days after the sale. After 3 hours, your service team could not figure out the problem (locked out in "vallet mode"). Tony, sales manager, told me to call Ford and they would follow up with me after doing some research. Mind you, I dropped $60k two days earlier and was asked to fix the problem myself.
