The parts I ordered for my GCL was sold to another customer. It was frustrating that I waited for 2 hours in the waiting room to get the parts installed and I was approached by the parts manager to le customer. The guy the helped me was very kind and helpful. The other men in the office were rude and seemed like they were inconvenienced by even a question. Honestly he seemed like the only guy working in the office. Terrible experience. I work in health care and just got off a 12 hour shift.
