I took my vehicle in after it stalled on me in the middle
of the road, I was told the complete fuel system was contaminated. They supposedly replaced the whole fuel system under warranty, which I’m grateful

After i finally picked up my car these were the issues I experienced.
1 vehicle was kept for over a month without providing a loaner for warranty work
2 they wanted to charge me $900 to replace coolant temperature sensor, $40 part
3 vehicle was returned to me with a loose trailer hitch and lug nuts with 2 of them stripped out.

I don't remember the employee’s exact name, but he was awful. I told them I just needed my codes cleared due to an air suspension error. The service guy did not even test the codes, he took a picture of the dash and told me that they could DIAGNOSE it in a week. Made me get a rental car for 7 days for no reason at all, because sure enough, once they cleared the codes the car had no issue. A 5 minute fix cost me $400 and a week to fix. Plus the guy is just plain rude, sits on his phone all day with airpods in, and knows 0 about cars. 0/10 experience, will never return. Go ANYWHERE else.

Hi Mike,
I can only assume your dealership does not honor Dodge factory warranties. Why else would you not provide service.
My Challenger was at the dealership for 8 days and nothing was done. No courtesy vehicle was offered. And at one point I was asked if the mechinic could take my car to his house. Huh? I drove the so-called shop foreman around so he could hear and feel the issue with the transmission. He did in fact hear and feel the issue! Then I was told the next day by the service department that the issue could not be replicated. And my car was ready for pickup. Thats a lie. My next email will be to Dodge Corporate to see why my car under warranty was not properly taken care of at the dealership. I was literally told to "come back when it gets worse" In that statement alone you acknowledge there is an issue. But it needs to be worse for you to fix it? That make no sense. Sorry Mike but I'll be going to another dealership.
