Hi Mike, I can only assume your dealership does not honor Dodge factory warranties. Why else would you not provide service. My Challenger was at the dealership for 8 days and nothing was done. No courtesy vehicle was offered. And at one point I was asked if the mechinic could take my car to his house. Huh? I drove the so-called shop foreman around so he could hear and feel the issue with the transmission. He did in fact hear and feel the issue! Then I was told the next day by the service department that the issue could not be replicated. And my car was ready for pickup. Thats a lie. My next email will be to Dodge Corporate to see why my car under warranty was not properly taken care of at the dealership. I was literally told to "come back when it gets worse" In that statement alone you acknowledge there is an issue. But it needs to be worse for you to fix it? That make no sense. Sorry Mike but I'll be going to another dealership.
