This dealership has the shadiest sales tactics I have ever seen. Primarily a bait and switch technique that misinforms customers as to their lease details to trick the customer into unfavorable lease end deals. They bombard you with texts and calls when they want something. And RADIO SILENCE when you have an issue. Honestly, when you hear car dealer horror stories..... This is the dealership they are referring to on every level. I cannot say in stronger terms, choose a different dealership. I have purchased or leased many many cars. And this one is an absolute nightmare. More
