It has been extremely difficult, unfortunately, working with their service center. They have had our vehicle in their service shop for nearly 4 months, and they refuse to give our vehicle back, nor have t with their service center. We'd like to receive communication, but they simply do not return our calls. Even more unfortunate - Hyundai corporate has been unhelpful as well. More

Mr. Ortiz was an excellent salesman from start to finish. I was overwhelmed because my existing 2009 Sonata was broken and left me with no transportation.
