Deal was fair and friendly. I loved the no-haggle KBB average trade-in policy and I appreciate not having to contend with a $3,000 premium over MSRP that some other dealers try to impose in this reduced average trade-in policy and I appreciate not having to contend with a $3,000 premium over MSRP that some other dealers try to impose in this reduced supply market. Paul was friendly and efficient. Ryan was really on top of his game. We set up "MyAudi" account, financing, mutually agreeable delivery, all remotely. The car was ready to go. Ryan spent unlimited time explaining the features. The sales manager, Michelle, was very courteous and gracious and the gifted perks were a nice touch too. More
