Service was scheduled and took place on time. Then I asked them to give me an offer for my 2013 kia rio. I knew this would be bid by an outside dealer and he completely low balled the offer so lo Then I asked them to give me an offer for my 2013 kia rio. I knew this would be bid by an outside dealer and he completely low balled the offer so low that I didn't ask for counter bid. Then when service was complete my car was not found for 10 minutes. I was disappointed there wasn't more communication. That said the service went as expected now I am waiting on parts to finish it. More
