I purchased a premium care warranty for my 2018 ford escape and my transmission stopped working. It took 2 months to repair, and I was told that my rental would be covered for the entire time that I had escape and my transmission stopped working. It took 2 months to repair, and I was told that my rental would be covered for the entire time that I had it. I confirmed this 3 times and when it came time to get reimbursed the story changed and I did not get my $1800. rental money. Get everything they say in writing. I also had to call the dealer to find out what was going on with my car after i was told I would get a call at least 4 times. Very frustrating. More
