I can't say enough about this dealership. Everyone treated me so fairly and I am grateful that they did. After coming back from Afghanistan I had some problems and got myself into financial difficulti treated me so fairly and I am grateful that they did. After coming back from Afghanistan I had some problems and got myself into financial difficulties. My credit was basically ruined. Yet, inspite of this, Holm Auto worked very hard on my behalf to qualify for a loan They didn't have to. I am still surprised at how hard Corey, Michelle and Matt went to work on helping me purchase a good used car that would last me for a while. They went beyond what other dealerships were willing to do for me. In fact other dealerships wouldn't even consider me, but Holm Auto did. When I arrived to pick up the car, Michelle greeted me so warmly, like I was an important member of the family. Corey continued that same family feeling in working out the final issues with the loan and loan payments. He even took the time to set up my payment plan and give me such good advice that will help me in the years to come. Matt was so supportive and encouraged me to keep up the good work I was doing. He was so sincere and I felt like a thank you to all of them was not enough for all they did for me. When people are in a tough spot, they need a helping hand to get restarted. Corey, Michelle and Matt did that for me. I know they would do it for others as well. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Corey, Michelle and Matt! There is no dealership like Holm Auto! More

i went in for a service on my previous truck because of transmission problems, the repairs were more than i wanted to spend on my old truck but i knew i still owed money on it and no dealership would ever transmission problems, the repairs were more than i wanted to spend on my old truck but i knew i still owed money on it and no dealership would ever take it for trade needing a new transmission, but i decided to give it a shot, i was introduced to michelle, by chuck, the very professional service center consultant who was a big help, if it wasnt for him persuading me to talk to michelle about trading my truck in i would still be bumming rides to work, michelle was straight forward and very polite and answered all my questions and was honest about the stuff she didnt know, she didnt try to hide stuff or act like she knew something when she didnt, she introduced me to corey, and corey is super professional and will fight to get you what you want, at first i doubted him but after 2 days of hard searching corey found me the resources i needed to get out of my old truck and now im the owner of the truck of my dreams. thanks to all of yall. i would highly recommend holm auto to anybody More
