I went home and scratched out my bills and revenues,discovering that I would have trouble keeping up with my payments. I called Michell first thing in the morning and explained my plight. She didn't bat an eye before asking me how can we help. I had my eye on the Cruze turbo diesel with its superior fuel mileage and we made the deal virtually over the phone. We finalized the deal the next morning(Saturday),also her day off duty and I drove home in the Cruze before noon. A great car and dealing with quality people,I am very satisfied. Great Buy I originally started working with Michelle after showing interest in a vehicle on their website. The next day Michelle reached out to me and kept in contact with me over the next few days accommodating me using the different channels of communication including calling personally, emailing me instantly, and allow me to text constantly! Once arriving at the dealership I was greeted with smiling faces from the front door from the receptionist to every sales person I made eye contact with. Mr. David explained everything in terms I could understand and made sure I knew what I was accepting with the vehicle. After dealing with Mr. David I finished with Mr. McGee and he also was very nice and explained everything to me regarding the finance! I did not feel pressured to accept anything and they make sure you are completely comfortable with your car buying experience.
