After doing my homework, I had a price for both the car and my trade-in which I was willing to accept. We agreed to a price without a bit of haggling or game playing. I have dealt with Michelle for my last 4 car purchases and have never been disappointed with the process; she is pleasant, knows her cars, and understands what I like and dislike. I guess I will never be able to buy another car if she ever retires! All of the paperwork necessary to purchase a car was handled by J.R. He is a very personable guy.
