One of the top 5 General Motors worst dealers I have dealt with. Had an appointment, but was told it didn't matter, it is first come, first serve. So, why have the option of making an appointment online dealt with. Had an appointment, but was told it didn't matter, it is first come, first serve. So, why have the option of making an appointment online? This has been the second time this has happened, don't know why I gave the dealer a second chance, shame on me.
