I have been in love with Toyotas for decades but it was in 2015 that I fell in love with Deluca Toyota. My 2015 Camry was purchased at Deluca and has never been anywhere else for service. (It’s been my ex in 2015 that I fell in love with Deluca Toyota. My 2015 Camry was purchased at Deluca and has never been anywhere else for service. (It’s been my experience that Toyotas get regular maintenance service and don’t need repairs.) Recently, in 2024, we purchased a Corolla Cross for my daughter. Was told as part of the transaction by Jerry, Michael and Angelthat my vehicle would be detailed and the tank topped off then told no because I was purchasing my own vehicle. I was the first deal of the new year and it was a petty commitment that was not honored as good customer relations I’ll be seeking to finance through my own credit union and this will be my last Toyota! More
