Pros: Mike Rodriguez in Sales was AWESOME, He honest and I always felt he was working in my best interests, with help from Jose the Sales Manager the purchase was as expected. Rental car use for my service repair was new and process was easy. Be sure to add iPass if needed. Cons: Service on my purchase wasn’t the best, Dealer did oil change and claimed a multi point inspection prior to my purchase as advertised on CARFAX. After purchase and owning a 4 days. I noticed smell in cab. Checked cabin filter … completely dirty with a MICE NEST on top of filter original , checked engine air filter… filthy, original . Wheel well cover loose. What else? Time will tell Dealer did repairs as requested by sales and detailed. Roof of truck was dirty after detail and headlights had oily film and found streaks everywhere. Not satisfied with paint damage of clear coat missing on inner rims. Service denied claim stating “cosmetic” damage not covered? My opinion is the heat of the brake calipers caused failure of clear coat ? Denied? to be determined will try another Ford Dealer closer to home for service. I’m being bombarded with Spam Mail and Scam calls after purchase! More
