Micheal is very nice and make the discussion and test drive processes very easy and pleasure… straightforward with pricing… However the closing process a bit long and time consuming… we spent 3 hours + drive processes very easy and pleasure… straightforward with pricing… However the closing process a bit long and time consuming… we spent 3 hours + before we can drive the car home… the instance discussion was not very pleasure. I felt the agent a bit too pushy and too serious… made the whole process uncomfortable. In the end we are still happy with the final outcome. Thanks More
