Jordan understood exactly what I wanted and didn't try to push me to spend more money then I wanted to, unlike most car salesmen. Initially, my overall experience was good. Angela M was very helpful and not pushy at all. However, 4 days shy of a month later, I hear my my credit union stating that my vehicle (which was traded in) wasn very helpful and not pushy at all. However, 4 days shy of a month later, I hear my my credit union stating that my vehicle (which was traded in) wasn’t paid off yet. After numerous phone calls and messages, I didn’t hear back from anyone. Finally, once the credit union was able to contact them, I was told that I had to come up and resign paperwork because the finance manager was out sick for the past few weeks. What if I didn’t call? What if the bank didn’t get in touch with them? The place shouldn’t shut down bc one guys is sick. I’m very upset with this process. This should have been handled the day I bought the vehicle. More

Leased a new vehicle, waited over 1.5 hours to have it detailed and inspected. Car was filthy when delivered on outside, glue marks from blue protectors and windows horrific. Very disappointed.also razor blade left on floor of car. More
