leasing of car "I ended up needing to put cash down as well.It was not what I intended to do...and I told the salesman the same.My trade in was for over 3400 dollars "I ended up needing to put cash down as well.It was not what I intended to do...and I told the salesman the same.My trade in was for over 3400 dollars and should have been enough in this situation...I felt that if I didn't add the cash down that it would lower the value of my trade in....I regret that part of the transaction and unfortunately..its what I most regret.the salemen was mpst helpful..The financial person was also helpful.But,I was not expecting to then ""purcharse"" further ""plans"" for the car.I have leased in the past with other dealers and have NEVER been asked to do so.I am a RELIABLE and RESPONSIBLE person.I did sign up for the ""cheapest"" plan because I felt I would be risking the lease otherwise." More
