I would highly recommend Eric and team! From the first response to my internet inquiry to vehicle pickup, I never felt any pressure to buy something I didn't want. When I picked the car up Eric when over all the bells and whistles and thoroughly explained all the safety features. Cityside was recommended to me by a friend and I'll happily recommend them to my other friends. More

I was very apprehensive about buying a used car. You hear lots of horror stories. People warned me about all the tricks: good cop/bad bop, the bait and switch, etc. I'm happy to report that absolute You hear lots of horror stories. People warned me about all the tricks: good cop/bad bop, the bait and switch, etc. I'm happy to report that absolutely none of that was true of my experience at CitySide Subaru. Mark Lidano was very straightforward, extremely helpful, and very personable. And the folks in the finance department were also very forthcoming and easy to deal with. I would strongly recommend CitySide for anyone worried about the stereotypical used care sales approach. More

My last car purchase was well over a decade ago. Much like many, prior experiences at other car dealerships were anxiety inducing and pressure-filled. My interactions with all of the sales staff at CitySide was unlike any of those prevIous experiences. I never once felt pressured, when I requested info it was obtained quickly and honestly, and I worked with a great salesman, Mark Lidano. Mark was helpful, caring and made me comfortable throughout the buying process. Buying a car is a huge purchase and not one to take lightly and I felt like Mark understood that and wanted me to find the right car for me. I bought a great car that I love and I couldn’t be happier. When I picked up my new car, Mark took the time to show me all of the features, and he followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I was happy and things were going well. After so much anxiety and stress, I can say that I am so happy with the whole process and would absolutely recommend CitySide and Mark Lidano in particular. Thank you Mark! And thank you CitySide! This is our 4th time buying a car from CitySide Subaru and my buying experience remained great; it was no hassle and Mark was great to work with. It would have been nice to get a little more on my trade-i and my buying experience remained great; it was no hassle and Mark was great to work with. It would have been nice to get a little more on my trade-in, but it was fair. I was very much appreciative and suprised that a personal check was accepted for my balance payment. I will come back when it's time for a new car - but hopefully not for a while! I also plan on getting the major service done at Cityside. More
