He and Nathan Williams went the extra mile to make sure I got the exact car I wanted, and Eric Burd made the financial bits downright pleasant - a first for me! When picking up the car, Mike spent extra time with me to be sure I knew how everything worked before I drove off the lot. Adam Gelfusa even made a brief appearance when my cranky phone refused to pair with the Crosstrek (silly thing), and helped me to resolve the issue quickly. I have leased many cars over the years, but I have never been more impressed with a car dealership. Not only was Mike an absolute joy to work with, not once did I feel pressured to make a deal on a car. From the first phone call until I picked up my new Crosstrek, it was clear to me that the wonderful team at Cityside Subaru was more interested in me getting what I wanted, than they were in making a quick sale. Cityside Subaru had the exact color and trim level on the car I wanted. I reached out and spoke with Brian O. I provided Brian all the details and the offer I had on the table at another Subaru dealership. T car I wanted. I reached out and spoke with Brian O.
