Every aspect of my experience with Cityside Subaru was outstanding. I spoke with Brian O'Malley on the phone and he connected me with Mike DiFrancisco, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I tho outstanding. I spoke with Brian O'Malley on the phone and he connected me with Mike DiFrancisco, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with Mike. He and Nathan Williams went the extra mile to make sure I got the exact car I wanted, and Eric Burd made the financial bits downright pleasant - a first for me! When picking up the car, Mike spent extra time with me to be sure I knew how everything worked before I drove off the lot. Adam Gelfusa even made a brief appearance when my cranky phone refused to pair with the Crosstrek (silly thing), and helped me to resolve the issue quickly. I have leased many cars over the years, but I have never been more impressed with a car dealership. Not only was Mike an absolute joy to work with, not once did I feel pressured to make a deal on a car. From the first phone call until I picked up my new Crosstrek, it was clear to me that the wonderful team at Cityside Subaru was more interested in me getting what I wanted, than they were in making a quick sale. The cars, of course, sell themselves, but the people at Cityside Subaru create the loyalty, and they absolutely have mine. More

I cannot say enough about the professionalism experienced with my buying process with CitySide Subaru. Brian, Tatiana and Eric were buttoned up with a seamless process from online inquiry, through the buying with my buying process with CitySide Subaru. Brian, Tatiana and Eric were buttoned up with a seamless process from online inquiry, through the buying process and financing. They all patiently answered all of my questions and each took their time to ensure I understood everything during the buying process. I never felt pressured and they were upfront about all the terms and pricing. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Subaru come to this dealership. Cityside Subaru had the exact color and trim level on the car I wanted. I reached out and spoke with Brian O. I provided Brian all the details and the offer I had on the table at another Subaru dealership. T car I wanted. I reached out and spoke with Brian O. I provided Brian all the details and the offer I had on the table at another Subaru dealership. The next day, I was contacted by Nathan W who provided a lower counter offer which I excepted. I went down on a Friday at 4:30PM and was out the door with a new car in less than 45 minutes. Through the process at Cityside, I worked with Brian O, Nathan W and Eric B. All were beyond professional and easy to work with. They understood where I wanted to be around for a monthly payment and were able make it happen. I highly recommend Cityside Subaru in Belmont. More
