Mike is very friendly and helpful and got someone to help program my new phone to work with the blue tooth in the car. I do not remember his name but he was very patient and got every thing working. Michael Iafanti could not have been more helpful, as always. He is the best. Came in to turn in our 2011 MB ML350 and after being introduced to Megan Boswell, we ended up buying a preowned 2009 MB CLS always. He is the best. Came in to turn in our 2011 MB ML350 and after being introduced to Megan Boswell, we ended up buying a preowned 2009 MB CLS 550. Everyone was extremely friendly and made us feel very comfortable. This is the third vehicle we have leased or purchased through this dealership. More

My car is now ten years old ('03 CLK Cabriolet) and I plan to keep it until it no longer is practical to do so. I have lived in this area since 2005 and you have been servicing it since then. I wanted plan to keep it until it no longer is practical to do so. I have lived in this area since 2005 and you have been servicing it since then. I wanted to bring it to a "like-new" condition and Mike Iafonte had everything done that was necessary to do, and made the most out of my extended warranty. It runs like new now. Mike's care is why we have bought two E's since then ('06 & '12). More

During my wait, I chatted briefly with three different employees, two of which were involved with the initial purchase of my car. I also, inquired about an iten at the parts store where two employees gave me info about the item and helped me to make a choice. So, as usual, I felt very much at home during my visit. Off side though, let me say that the price for the work was not the worse, but I would have liked to pay less. That however, is not something that I blame Michael for. So, I am rating it GREAT so as not to penalize him for something that he does not control. Finally, I would say that the Mercedes Experience at the Daytona Dealership is first class and more. More
