Came in to turn in our 2011 MB ML350 and after being introduced to Megan Boswell, we ended up buying a preowned 2009 MB CLS always. He is the best. My car is now ten years old ('03 CLK Cabriolet) and I plan to keep it until it no longer is practical to do so. I have lived in this area since 2005 and you have been servicing it since then. I wanted to bring it to a "like-new" condition and Mike Iafonte had everything done that was necessary to do, and made the most out of my extended warranty. It runs like new now. During my wait, I chatted briefly with three different employees, two of which were involved with the initial purchase of my car. I also, inquired about an iten at the parts store where two employees gave me info about the item and helped me to make a choice. So, as usual, I felt very much at home during my visit. Off side though, let me say that the price for the work was not the worse, but I would have liked to pay less. That however, is not something that I blame Michael for. So, I am rating it GREAT so as not to penalize him for something that he does not control. Finally, I would say that the Mercedes Experience at the Daytona Dealership is first class and more. More
