Larry in service was efficient and knowledgeable, Moe was there to help my saleman when he needed it. He was flexible, easy to work with, and always had a smile. The wonderful lady (sorry forgot name) at the service desk was great to converse with to pass time and very accommodating. My salesman was Russell. He was extremely professional and seems to enjoy what he does with his interaction with his customers. He was knowledgeable on the products and respectfully attempted to stay within my budget guidelines, no pressure. Perhaps reverse psychology! I ended up falling in love with a vehicle and blew my own budget. But again...Russell never showed me that vehicle in an attempt to be respectful of the budget I had in place for myself. I left happy with my purchase and experience. Great work everyone! More

Found a 2017 Explorer online and decided to make the 1 hour drive to take a look. Walking into the dealership it was extremely busy. I thought it may be best to come back but then Cary Green came and intr hour drive to take a look. Walking into the dealership it was extremely busy. I thought it may be best to come back but then Cary Green came and introduced himself. He immediately was attentive. He made a normally unpleasant and boring process wonderful. He made it seem like we were old friends just catching up. I’ve been to other dealers and have never have said a great experience as I did with him. I will only ever go back to Cary for future vehicles. If I could give more then 5 stars to him I would! More
