Every person that we talked to was awesome, from answering questions to getting the vehicle that we wanted that fit our price range! Myles was new to the job and did great! Pretty quick, stress-free process by all. Dealership staff were all pleasant to work with. Only negative is there was a maintenance notification that popped up while starting the vehicle. Was told that they did change oil etc. and would contact the Honda dealership in St. Joseph for me to stop by and have them reset it. To date, this hasn't been done but was just told they did change oil etc. More

Andre was great to work with! The process lasted a little longer than expected. Not Andres fault though as we wanted the Air Conditioner fixed. Service department could not fix, and ordered wrong tires which also delayed the process. The finance guy was rude and not helpful. We ended up going though our own lender as interest rates he offered were awful. I’ve purchased my last 2 trucks from Chuck Anderson Ford, and only they have serviced/maintained/replace parts. After this experience (not with Andre) we will now travel and use Denis Sneed Ford or Gary Crossly Ford and will not be going back to Chuck Anderson Ford. Worst experience we’ve had at a car dealership. More
