There is a reason for all the buyer confidence and rain of 5 star reviews you'll see with this business. They say practice makes perfect. When you see the buzz words about Autodirect Cars, "Family owned of 5 star reviews you'll see with this business. They say practice makes perfect. When you see the buzz words about Autodirect Cars, "Family owned and operated across three generations for 60 years," it reads like any other advertisement to build confidence in potential buyers....until you walk through the door and learn exactly what those words mean in practice. In the past I've had my fair share of lemons and bad dealer experiences; I even had one person trying to sell me a car belittle me for being a woman by flat out saying that clearly I can only drive an automatic. Shopping for a car has always been a nightmare, so when my husband and I began looking for the car that will carry us through the first lap of our married lives together I dragged my heels. I've been down this road, I've seen it all, I can't stand used car dealerships. When my husband found the car matching our needs, and showed me the reviews (I won't buy CHEESE without a glowing review online, let alone a car) I consented to test-driving another potential vehicle despite my reservations. We arrived at the dealership at the beginning of a small snowstorm, and I walked through the doors believing I knew what to expect. The difference was palpable. My expectations for disaster were immediately put to rest as Chad came over, smiled, shook our hands, and handed us the keys to open it up and check it out. We were told if we wanted to test drive it, just let him know. And that was it. No high pressure, "must buy today" pushing, no salesperson hovering over us pointing out all the reasons we needed this car, no one even watching us as we had our first look. We had time to honestly go over it's values together; the freedom to discuss what we liked and what we didn't without any fear that we would be giving the dealer fuel to push the sale on us. The car was exactly as described online, and in better condition than we expected. We told them we'd like to do a test drive and they had the car prepped and ready to go in minutes. The test drive with one of their people in the back seat went swimmingly. Our passenger gave his honest opinion about the type of car it was, without any noticeable bias. When we returned they put the car back, and that was the last we saw of the gentleman that went out with us; our conversation in the car wasn't passed along to the dealer. By this time I was feeling confident in the car and the people I was buying it from, and we were introduced to Bob, who gave us the run down on the car, the buying process, and walked us through the steps we'd need to take to finance it. Not once did he push us towards the car or a decision, and when we needed to talk things over he walked a discrete distance away to let us come to our own conclusions. We needed the car. I wanted the car. It was a deal. We walked through the financing portion of the vehicle easily, during which time we shared easy conversations with the staff. When the bank was done with the paperwork and we were approved, Bob sat down with us again and explained how buying a separate warranty would work. Again we weren't pressured at all, and the experience felt like buying off a menu. The longest portion of the entire process was just signing all the paperwork. Every cost was itemized and explained, and any questions we had were answered comfortably and sensibly. We shook hands, I took the keys to my new 2000 Subaru Outback, and we were done. Or so I thought, given the usual experience. During our time inside, the snows had picked up, and we were driving the cars home on fresh, dry powder. We made it without any trouble (all-wheel drive to the rescue!) and I was surprised and delighted a short time later when I received a phone call from the dealership, from Bob personally, checking in to make sure we made it home safe. If it sounds like this review is over the top, you should know I am the type of person who will write a scathing review without the least bit of hesitation. I speak so highly of this dealership because I believe excellence should always be acknowledged, and I had an amazing experience buying my new car. This is not a dealership that wants you to buy their cars; this is a dealership that wants you and your friends and your family to have the confidence buy the rest of their cars from Autodirect, forever. tl/dr: This place is amazing, the staff is amazing, buy your car from them and I promise you will NOT be disappointed. I was able to pick through numerous cars of my liking, I did test drive a few and picked the car of my choice. I was also offered something to eat and drink. The hours I spent there was like sitting with family/ They did have conversations on other subjects then cars. I really feel Blessed that I met this wonderful family. I will tell my family, and friends of this wonderful experience. . More

I purchased a 99 Lincoln Town Car that runs good and is clean as a whistle. Bob and Mike provided me with excellent customer service and took care of all my needs. It was pleasure working with these guys. I have not bought a car for over 10 years and decided to purchase a used model. I must say, for me to buy outside my state and from a dealer I knew nothing abo bought a car for over 10 years and decided to purchase a used model. I must say, for me to buy outside my state and from a dealer I knew nothing about was a huge decision. Bob and the team at Auto Direct Cars made my trip and the effort well worth it. I honestly can say I would send my 80 year old Mom over to Bob and trust him with providing her with a good honest deal. I drove away in my "new" car with a confidence that I just did business with a sincere and genuinely caring sales manager/owner that I would not think twice about doing business with again. I was looking at plenty of car dealerships but because im 24 my interest rates were so high. And a few of the ones i went to were rude and very pushy. When me and my dad came to this dealer ship They asked if we needed help told them just looking and they said if you need anything just come get me. They were very polite once we got their and throught the hole visit. They showed great customer service to us when we were talking about the car and how i was a first time buyer. We told Chad about how i went to nissan dealership and they were pretty much trying to double charge me for a car.Out of all the dealerships i went to, the two guys that helped me were so nice. He new i was a first time buyer and he helped me out alot with a very good price. My overall visit at this dealership was great. I give them a 5. They made my first time buyng a car very easy and i was happy to leave that dealership. I would recommened everyone to visit this car dealership. I bought a hyundai lantra,Best car i ever had. More

While searching for an Eclipse for weeks, we came upon Auto Direct Cars. The pictures of the vehicle depicted exactly what we were looking for, so we called the dealership to confirm the car was still av Auto Direct Cars. Once we confirmed the car was there, my husband, myself and my 3 children visited Auto Direct Cars. As we were driving to the dealership, I tried to remain realistic and not get my hopes up that the Eclipse would soon be mine. We had been visiting other dealerships and their photos of the car that we would eventually see in person were clearly taken at angles that would lead you to believe the car was in better shape than it truly was. If by chance the car was properly represented, our next hurdle was financing. Other dealerships wanted large down payments and high monthly payments. Thankfully, after so many other dealerships misrepresented their cars and asked for much more than we were willing to pay (there were some credit issues), we gave Auto Direct Cars the chance. When we arrived (During one of the HOTTEST days in July 2013) we immediately went over to the Eclipse we saw online. It was BEAUTIFUL! Every picture that was taken was an EXACT representation of what we were seeing in person. We went inside and met with the staff. This was a no pressure, relaxed atmosphere that went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were given the keys to the car to fully inspect it, they offered to pull the car in the garage to get us out of the hot sun, and offered our kids drinks and snacks. With other dealerships it was a "what you see is what you get" type car. That was NOT the case here. There was a drivers side door handle that was broken and a handle on the passenger seat was missing the plastic cover. Since the car had just recently come in, Auto Direct didn't have a chance to replace them. When we asked if they would be fixed, there was no hesitation and we were told that as soon as the parts came in, they would be installed. Needless to say, I was IMPRESSED! We test drove the car and immediately fell in LOVE. Now it was time to start talking numbers. We were very clear with what we wanted to put down and what monthly payment we were comfortable with; we were also so excited, that we wanted the car that day, without having to come back to complete the sale. None of our requests were to much to ask for and clearly the staff wanted to do all that they could do give us what we wanted (despite the dealership already being closed since we arrived only an hour before closing). Once we received the approval from the bank (which literally just took minutes), we headed over to the Palmayra location to meet with Chad and sign the paperwork. When we arrived there, Chad set up the TV for my 3 children to relax and watch while we went over the paperwork, completely hassle free. From Arrival to Departure, it took us about 2 hours; an amount of time significantly less than we had experienced during previous purchases. We have had the car now about 2 weeks and it has been all that we had been searching for. The follow-up calls to ensure everything was going well was a refreshing touch and proved that Auto Direct Cars truly cares about their customers and their experience with their dealership. We wanted to put newer tires on the car and Bob even set us up with a tire dealer and helped us save a TON of $$$. We truly can't wait to purchase another vehicle from Auto Direct and as soon as the Eclipse is paid off, we will be replacing our family vehicle with a car from Auto Direct Cars. If you have been all over looking for a car or if you are just starting to look, save yourself the time, energy, and frustration and go here FIRST. You will not be disappointed and if they don't have what you are looking for (Although chances are that they will since there are literally HUNDREDS of vehicles) all you have to do is ask, and they will work hard to find what you want. Auto Direct Cars has been a true representation of EXCELLENT customer service. I GUARANTEE that you won't find the care, concern, and friendliness at ANY other dealership. More

Everyone there was super nice and helpful. I bot a 2005 Camry with low milage and what I thought was a very fair cost. The car seems like brand new. Runs and looks great. Or even to try another car just to get me to buy something. There was no pressure at all and their only concern is if I was happy and comfortable. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for a used car. More

We purchased a Chevrolet Venture minivan from this dealership several years ago, and have had no problems with the vehicle at all. We decided to go back to look for a car for our daughter, and purcha dealership several years ago, and have had no problems with the vehicle at all. We decided to go back to look for a car for our daughter, and purchased a 2007 Chrysler PT Cruiser. After noticing some electrical issues while test driving, the dealership was quick and happy to fix what was wrong, and the car was ready for us the next day. About 20 days later, while our personal mechanic was checking the car over and doing a state inspection, a problem was found with the tires. Even though these are not covered under warranty, the dealership replaced the tires the same day, and even washed the car for us! We have 2 family friends looking for used cars and are sending them to this dealership. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable vehicle. They are not your typical high-pressure salesmen. They let you walk the lot without following you around, and have bent over backwards to keep us happy. Great experience! More

I was looking to get out of my 2009 Hyundai Elantra because I need more Space ( I have 2 toddlers with huge carseats). I found Auto-Direct on line and saw a 2011 Hyundai Sonata LTD, fully loaded for a because I need more Space ( I have 2 toddlers with huge carseats). I found Auto-Direct on line and saw a 2011 Hyundai Sonata LTD, fully loaded for a great price. I called the dealership and spoke to Bob and explained what I wanted to do as well as the resources I had available. Bob suggested that I come out to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I arrived on the lot and met Bob, we went for a test drive and I knew this was the vehicle I wanted. Bob put me in contact with Chad. Chad was able to secure financing for me which proved to be a challenging endeavor. He set me up with a great rate as well as a great lender (no fly by night operation). I am so very pleased with my overall experience that I will recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family that are i the market for safe and dependable transportation at a very affordable price.
