His knowledge of all the new accessories I’d need to be familiarized with before going out on the road was very good. He was patient in showing me new features and I felt comfortable going forward. He kept me updated on the expected delivery date of my new van and notified me promptly when I could bring in my trade-in vehicle and close out paperwork for taking delivery.
