Michael Robinson was a great salesman he followed me home in the new car since I did not have a trade. Great Job and I thought it was the best experience I had buying a car from a dealership in a number of y in the new car since I did not have a trade. Great Job and I thought it was the best experience I had buying a car from a dealership in a number of years. They found me financing where others could not and it was the car I was trying to get from a fiat dealership. I never felt pressured to do anything. I was asked would I take the car they day I arrived, if they could secure financing. They did so I purchased the car. I was skeptical about Eastern initially, but they made me a believer and I would recommend Eastern and Mike Robinson in the future. More

My mom purchased her car from Michael Robinson at this location almost 2 years ago so when I found myself in need of a car, my mom suggested Easterns Automotive Group of Hyattsville. She and I went on a S location almost 2 years ago so when I found myself in need of a car, my mom suggested Easterns Automotive Group of Hyattsville. She and I went on a Saturday afternoon and were immediately met with smiles and courteous behavior from the General Manager and the other sales team members on the floor. Michael Robinson came over and introduced himself to me and immediately went to work on my case. I did not expect to leave that day with a car but Michael Robinson made this experience pleasant and stress-free. This was not the car-buying experience I was expecting. Once my deal was done, I sat with the Office Manager, Shedonna Tyson, and she reviewed and explained my contract and all of the other pertinent paperwork. She was kind and thorough and had me in and out of her office in no time. I am so grateful for this experience and I love my car! Thank you~~ More
