I was lied to at this dealership. They lied about my credit score, because they wanted us to trade in our other car to get a better rate. After researching further this time searching for a new car I decided to do research on picking a car dealer. Also my first car purchased did not have a used car service done. The truck was extremely low on oil, the motor was knocking. They tried to make it right with 3 free oil changes, I should have gotten a warranty but they said they don't do that! Will never return! More

THis is the third vehicle I have bought from this dealership. THey have changed their name since the first one I bought in 1999, but the same great service has been provided for each transaction. I have dealt with Michael Connell for the last two purchases I've made. He has gone above and beyond what one would expect from a salesperson. I run a small home daycare and run 1st and 2nd shift. My time is valuable and I'm not always available to come in to the dealership. When that happens he was always available to come to me. After dealing with him the first time 6 years ago I've told several people how he brought me the car, financed the car and even stood outside with my daycare kids while they played so I could review and sign the contract. He also brought the tag over on his day off and put it on the vehicle for me. So when I had to start looking for another Expedition for my business He was the 1st person I called. THis time was just as painless as before and my husband was even involved in this trade and he was pleased as well. More

But, as far as other... i had been searching for a new car for about 6 months from a lot of dearlerships and the folks at paramout in valdese,nc were by far the nicest, non pressuring, best deal that i got. They tried to give me every thing that i needed in a new car, and they came through for me. They explained everything i needed to know about the carsince, i was not familiar with all of the options.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car,new or used. I came in contact,at other places, with a lot of pushy,not very nice salespeople and the folks at Paramount were none of these. It made the purchase very non-stressable. More

I'm also one of those people who spent an incredible amount of time researching vehicles, prices, safety ratings, and the value of my current automobile as a trade-in. The reviews on Hyundai's Vera Cruz were positive, but I'd owned a Toyota in the past and was moving in that direction. With low expectations (and armed with all my internet research), I agreed to visit the Paramount dealership in Valdese. I can not say enough positive things about the experience. They pair you with a salesperson prior to arrival. Michael Connell was there to greet me and it was wonderful not being overwhelmed by a swarm of salespeople. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and informative. There was absolutely no pressure. Instead of wanting to bolt for the door, I was quite comfortable asking even the most difficult questions. When listing all the positives and negatives, purchasing the Hyundai Vera Cruz was my best choice. I truly believe my visit to Valdese is what made me seriously consider the Hyundai. Anyone looking to buy should at least check out this dealership for a friendly, informative, and hassle free experience. Buying from Michael at Paramount was entirely worth the extra drive for me from Charlotte and was as pleasant an experience as car buying can be. We negotiated price before I even saw the car (having test extra drive for me from Charlotte and was as pleasant an experience as car buying can be. We negotiated price before I even saw the car (having test driven several in Charlotte), they were able to reduce my bank's offered interest rate and at no time were they pushy, rude, condescending or any other adjective one equates with car salesmen. No last minute items were pushed other than an extended warranty (pretty sure everyone does that these days). I let the business manager go over the details but when I politely declined I wasn't pressured to make a different decision. I received what I feel is a fair price and while only time will tell on the actual car it's a pre-owned certified so no worries on the quality of the vehicle. I'm not one to buy cars all that often but I'll definitely be sending anyone in the market over to talk to the guys here. More
