Doug was a great source of knowledge and an outstanding salesman. He made the difference in me purchasing the vehicle or not. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I did not appreciate not hearing prices and rates until the bitter end. I was there for 4 hours. It was a long time to wait for bad news. In 2022 I decided that the new Ford Maverick hybrid pickup was to be my next vehicle purchase. Unfortunately, none were available. I couldn't even place an order through Ford, Paramount Ford contacted pickup was to be my next vehicle purchase. Unfortunately, none were available. I couldn't even place an order through Ford, Paramount Ford contacted me to advise that I would be informed when Ford was again accepting orders as did another local dealership. In August 2022 Brent Buff emailed me to say that I should immediately come to Paramount Ford to place an order for the 2023 Maverick. He was on vacation but gave me a fellow employee's name to contact because he did not know how long Ford would be accepting orders. No other dealership contacted me regarding the order process, Long story short, I eventually had to order the 2024 model because of supply chain issues. The sales price increased because of the newer model year. The vehicle was finally manufactured and delivered by Ford in February 2024. Brent Buff assisted me in obtaining a rebate from Ford for the increase in sales price between the 2023 and the 2024 model year. He also told me exactly what I needed to do to obtain the $500.00 retired military discount. He could not have been more helpful throughout the lengthy process of purchasing my 2024 Maverick. The rest of the sales team was courteous and helpful as well, especially Michael Connell, the finance manager. I can tell Paramount is committed to its customers from the extensive follow-up correspondence I have received since my purchase. I would definitely recommend Brent Buff, Michael Connell and Paramount Ford to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle. More

I had a fantastic interaction with the folks out at Paramount, I initially contacted Glenn Cameron about purchasing a vehicle, he responded almost immediately. He set us up a time to come do a test dri Paramount, I initially contacted Glenn Cameron about purchasing a vehicle, he responded almost immediately. He set us up a time to come do a test drive and checked in all throughout the morning on our way. Once we got there he was happy to answer any and all of our questions. We found a vehicle that we liked and he helped us negotiate the deal with his manager. I did not feel like I was being ripped off or pressured into anything. Everyone there really seems to have the clients best interest. Also want to shout out Michael Connell in the finance department for getting us a good interest rate and wrapping up the deal. This was my first experience with a dealership, and though it can take a long time to close a deal, they made it the easiest and most pain free buying experience. Would 100% recommend them to anyone in the area looking to purchase a vehicle. More
