Sam Pack's Ford Country customer service is excellent. From sales to service my experience was exactly how I thought it should be. Follow-up service was top-notch and my questions were answered accurately in a timely manner. My salesperson, Michael Bratcher, worked hard to find exactly the model and features I needed, while never pressuring or resorting to typical sales tactics. I highly recommend both Michael and Sam Pack's Ford Country. More

The guys at Sam Pack Ford gave me the best deal on the 2011 Taurus SHO, within a six hundred mile radius. I never had to hassle on the price and beat our local dealer by a thousand dollars. Mr. Bratcher was so helpful in showing two different vehicles side by side and worked on getting me in the vehicle at what I had asked for. Then thru the financing time, he was so helpful in getting my vehicles side by side and worked on getting me in the vehicle at what I had asked for. Then thru the financing time, he was so helpful in getting my truck ready when I got there. And then when I showed up to pick up my truck, Mr. Ruiz greeted my wife and I and even checked on us to find out if there was anything else he could help out with and he told us that we qualified on the X plan there my wife work but to find out the price I was offered was better then the X plan. And then the finace person, Jesus, was extremely courteous and through with all the different package offered. More

Michael was very helpful with my purchase, he worked his hardest to get me to get the car I wanted to purchase. He was much friendlier and approachable than many of the other sales associates. Michael was very helpful both before my wife and I visited the dealership and during. Unexpectedly also after the sale was complete. I had previously contacted Michael about a Fusion and he happil visited the dealership and during. Unexpectedly also after the sale was complete. I had previously contacted Michael about a Fusion and he happily showed us several that met our criteria, we test drove the pick of the litter and then asked him about an Escape. He took that in stride and showed us several and we test drove one. No contest it was the Escape hands down. We bought the one we drove too. In the past, at ANOTHER (non-FORD) dealer, I actually had someone take the keys for my current car (to appraise it) and tell me they could not find them so I had to buy their car. Needless to say a threat to call the police returned my keys quickly and I have never returned. To give a bit of history, I have owned six Fords since moving to Texas about 25 years ago. One was a used Van, one came from a dealship across town (near to where I lived at the time) the rest from Ford Country of Lewisville. A Ranger, a T-Bird, a Crown Victoria, a Mustang GT, and now an Escape. You are not my closest dealership just the best. In my opinion, the customer service you provide at your dealship is second to none. I have talked to others, I feel pressured and forced into decisions I don't want to make. Your dealership treats me with respect and grace and seems to know the decision in the end is mine. I really cannot find fault with anything you do or the various salesmen I have worked with. Michael was the best so far and under extremely adverse conditions. He had two families at the time both requiring his attention and making purchases. He dealt with it with grace and style. He provided a second salesman for reference if we felt the need. Basically he did everything he could to make us feel wanted and accepted and not like we were sharing him with others. I have been in sales that's tough to pull off effectively but Michael is up to the task. I continually recommend FORD in general (Your company business practice of having management take a cut in salary rather then go belly up like some Manufacturers that will remain nameless moved us to stick with FORD) Your dealership in particular gets recommended often because it serves my needs with an excellence that cannot be touched. I have never had a problem that was not resolved immediately and with concern for me. Your sales force is great, and care and concern after sale cannot be beat. Your service department could have broken the deal long ago had they not also been responsive to my every need. They are and I feel in good hands dealing with them as well. I actually had a little better deal at Bill Utter Ford but I did not like the Sales Person. Ron in the service Dept. did a wonderful job installing the Tonneau Cover on my new truck. Tom Andrews talked me into buying the Skylink and I'm glad I did. I got a good break on my insurance.... I'll be back next month to see Michael and buy a new Car. Thank You again.... Mike Kuli More

I am extremely please with my experience in purchasing a new vehicle through Sam pack Ford Country in Lewisville, TX. I had done a lot of shopping around at many of dealerships in the DFW area and there was new vehicle through Sam pack Ford Country in Lewisville, TX. I had done a lot of shopping around at many of dealerships in the DFW area and there was no one that was more friendly or helpful than Michael bratcher. He made what I expected to be a long and difficult experience a rather easy and enjoyable process. From the time I called and ended up talking with the Sales Manager (David Ruiz), I was dealt with in a very fair, courteous and friendly manner. The staff were very professional and it seemed important to them that the experience be positive. Pricing was clear and there was NO haggling required to meet my demands. David was very transparent and upfront with regard to the economics the dealership needed and I do not feel I left any money on the table. I was given great information regarding the vehicle choices and my questions were answered in a clear manner. The selection of vehicles from which I could choose was almost overwhelming and I did not feel as though I had to "settle". The team I worked with appeared to be genuinely concerned about getting me into the right vehicle and MY price, as opposed to pushing a vehicle at me. Allowing me to take a vehicle home overnight was very important. More

We met much of the staff the evening I came in looking for information on my leased Ford. Every person we encountered was kind and engaged; even entertaining.
