I think this dealership (Yark) is top of the line in customer service. I have never had a bad experience and they are very accommodating. I have people ask how I like my Subaru and I tell them to go to Yark and test drive. Now lastly I live in Oregon Oh so it's not like this is a 10-15 min drive. But I appreciate their helpfulness so it's worth it for straight answers and great service. More

Went through all the normal process, negotiated, and came to an agreed upon fair price. Mia was excellent the entire time. I've dealt with many, many terrible long-distance salespeople, and she is by far the best. There was only 1 key for my VW when I bought it. They're $300+ EACH. Two weeks after the deal was done, I got a call from Mia telling me that she followed up with the previous owner and got the other 2 keys. She had nothing to gain from this, just being an excellent person. Highly recommended. More

After scheduling an appointment with Mia at the dealership, I met with her and test drove the vehicle and discussed options, pricing, and warranties. I returned a few days later with my wife to test drive the car and we made a decision to buy. Thru out the entire decision making process, Mia was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I never felt pressure from Mia to make a decision to buy. Instead, Mia came across more as a friend and trusted advisor in the selection of our new car. After looking for a new car for quite a while and not being able to get what I felt was a "good deal" we pretty much gave up. A friend asked us to go to HIS Subaru dealership before we just gave up.
