Excellent service I don't do minimums on demand so I just write stuff here as a filler. I have warned you before that if you keep insisting on this I will ignore these requests. Now, though, since you have already pissed me off, I will tell you how I REALLY feel about my visit. My ten year-old GS 460 died in the road because of a "stoppage in the drainage system" which caused "overflow water to shut down the computer" which in turn caused me to have it towed to the dealer. Once there, service was prompt, professional, courteous, and satisfactory, EXCEPT for the cost. If you believe anyone could be happy about paying $778 to fix such a BS failure you are insane. I remain happy with our LS 500 (our eighth Lexus) and the dealership, but see this as a Lexus failure. I will probably not replace this vehicle with a ninth Lexus. More

Always look forward to seeing him, and know when he is working with me, I don't need to go behind him, everything has been done. On this visit I met Danny Chupek who was my service representative. What a great addition to the Jim Hudson Family! My last service was done at another dealership in the state, and the record of this service was not in the Lexus data bank. Knowing I had it done and should have the paper work in my glove box, Danny walked out with me to check. Yes, the paper work was there, but in thoes FEW minutes at the car he noticed two safety features that were not turned on. He showed he where to turn them on and where to SEE that they are turned on each time I started the car. Really enjoyed talking with him while doing paper work...GREAT addition to JHL!! More
