Shady. I overheard the technician tell the rep that it was a manufacturer defect that they had to repair, but he'd told me the issue was due to my having sm I overheard the technician tell the rep that it was a manufacturer defect that they had to repair, but he'd told me the issue was due to my having smoked in the car. And then dod not tell me this same information, but said theyd do the repair for free anyway. Don't trust any of them, except Melissa. More
