Made appointment for recall a week or two prior to appointment. After arriving at dealership and waiting a bit tech pulled car in to do the work then found that the dealership didn’t have the parts r appointment. After arriving at dealership and waiting a bit tech pulled car in to do the work then found that the dealership didn’t have the parts required for the recall work I was there for, so a waste of time. Everyone was nice, but appointments should not be booked if you don’t have the necessary parts for the service required. More
