The service department is the worst I've ever encountered. I literally had to argue that I had a recall multiple times just to get scheduled way over a month out. I hate this dealership and hate their whole process. I'm considering another VW purchase but I'll never give this s hole dealership a penny. More

The dealership has been outstanding since I started working with them in 2017. I did not work with Mark until the end of my visit, but he did well as he also did at other times. The waiting room used to feel classy. Like I bought from a good dealer. I bought 2 cars from here. Now I can't even get a bottle of water.
