I went into purchase a 2015 Honda Pilot LX and purchased a Honda certified 2013 Pilot EX with low mileage again because of the knowledge and information from Nozim. Cheryl handling the paper work with me and explaining the benefits of purchasing the extended warranty with no pressure was a positive experience. After weeks of negotiations with staff at O'Danials Honda, no return calls, and lack of service, we started hunting around for another vehicle. After driving through Honda Cars of Bellevue twice and not finding what was listed on their website, I got ahold of Kevin who not only found the vehicle in 5 minutes but set up a time to look at it the next afternoon. Kevin also was kind enough to read us the car fax which kept us out of a vehicle that we wouldn't buy knowing what had happened to it. Instead we purchased a new vehicle and did so within 4 hours. Thanks for saving me weeks of issues, phone calls, and poor service. Kevin was very easy to deal with and I would greatly recommend him to friends and family. More

We had stopped at the Honda Car’s of Bellevue last weekend, but wanted to look around and see what similar dealership’s had to offer price wise. We stopped at O’Daniel’s Honda, after spending over an hour at their dealership and trying to buy a Honda CR-V for the price that I was looking to spend. I got so frustrated with their unwillingness to negotiate a fair price. I called Honda Cars of Bellevue back and the next day we met with Kevin to see if they could beat O’Daniel’s best price. We did negotiate what I think was a fair price and less than what O’Daniel’s had quoted. I can't thank Kevin enough for a wonderful experience. More

We contacted them via the internet (and all the other Honda dealers in the area) and received a prompt, thorough reply from Melissa in internet sales. The other dealers were slower in their responses and did not provide much information. When we entered the dealership, we were met by Tony in sales who arranged a test drive of the exact car we wanted. After evaluating our trade, an extremely competitive price was offered and that was that! I never felt as if I were being "sold" a car, only that I went in to "purchase" the vehicle I wanted, at a fair price. They were busy in the finance office so we arranged to come in at a time more convenient. Upon arrival, we worked with Tony in finance, whom we had used before, and filled out the paperwork. No hard sales; no push to buy the most expensive extended coverage plan; just pertinent information. Overall a pleasant experience from all involved. We also use the service department and have had similar, positive experiences. More
