Respectful, considerate, low key approach. From my first visit to Honda Cars of Bellevue earlier this year, I was pretty committed to buying from them. From my introduction to Tom Anderson at this visit, I was taken with his low key approach. When I told him I was waiting for prices to decline, Tom quit calling me weekly (greatly appreciated!) When the summer clearance occurred, I was right there! As a single woman, I really appreciated the respect and consideration shown to me by the sales and financial people at Honda Cars of Bellevue. I love my new HR-V, paid a fair price for it, and definitely would recommend the dealership to anyone who wants to deal with a low key sales and financial staff and end up feeling like you really mattered to them! More

Fantastic experience! I was a little scared to look at buying a car online, but a friend suggested True-car. I was shocked to receive an email so quickly from Honda cars of Bellevue. Lucy and Melissa reached out to me with all the information I needed to make my purchase. When I got David's bio and information I felt comfortable enough to proceed. David walked me through the process and suggested some options that would make the Odyssey complete. We live over 2 hours away and arrived a little early, but was treated as though we were their favorite customers. After meeting David I was completely at ease and knew I had made the right decision. These folks are both professional and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Honda Cars of Bellevue to all my friends! More

ELI C MARTINEZ (Sales), ROB RODRIGUEZ (Manager), CHRYLYN OXNER (Cheryl - Finance), QUENTIN WALKER (Manager) & the entire Internet Dept (CHIP, MELISSA, & LUCY) were an awesome team to work with, including being the 1st of three dealers to contact me. From the moment I met each of them starting with Eli, I felt welcomed and focused on. I felt that they valued my time in making the purchase right, from settling an OUTSTANDING new car price, a GREAT trade-in price, and SUPERB financing... but it doesn't end there - to this day they remain helpful to me every time I call in or stop by. I trust each of them so much, that I even gave my cell phone to one of them to use during the course of our transaction. He returned my calls every time I had a question, even emailing me pictures of a car. Once in the deal ship,salesman, Faiz Nasulloev was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that interested us. He was extremely patient and simply pleasant. Tari, in finance was personable and easy to talk to. She clarified our questions and concerns. My New Odyssey Facing a 3300 mile round trip (first time home in 39 years!) my health status would not permit me to make that in my 2011 Honda Odyssey. Checked out Facing a 3300 mile round trip (first time home in 39 years!) my health status would not permit me to make that in my 2011 Honda Odyssey. Checked out Consumer Reports and they recommended the 2015 Odyssey as much improved. We have 3 local area dealers. I was dissatisfied with Superior Honda over their constant finding of things I am not convinced needed repair. I went to Honda Cars of Bellevue, got an immediate reply from their Internet Sales manager who gave me Kevin Maun as my salesman. Met Kevin and he arranged test drives in a 2015 model for my chauffeur (my son) and I. Immediately agreed the new model was much improved in ride-ability in both the front right seat as well as the middle and back rows. HCB did not have the color I really wanted but Kevin said he'd get it and in less than 24 hours I had what is now my 2015 Odyssey Touring Elite of the right exterior color and interior trim. Then the ladies who handled the paperwork went out of their way to get me what I needed to license and title the new vehicle in one day rather than the usual week to 10 days. Kevin went out of his way to avoid any of the dickering on price of trade-in or the dealer-set internet discount from MSRP. I told him what I wanted, and he came through. Super guy to deal with and every member of their team was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to HCB when I next shop for a car. More
