I came all the way up to Dallas from Houston to visit the area and had been looking for a specific truck. All of the Houston dealerships I dealt with didn’t have the truck I wanted or sold before I could jum area and had been looking for a specific truck. All of the Houston dealerships I dealt with didn’t have the truck I wanted or sold before I could jump on it. For the heck of it I decided to start searching Ford dealerships in the Dallas area and came up with Grand Prairie Ford. I called the store and spoke with the beautiful and professional Kyel Rodriguez. She confirmed they had the truck I was looking for and, after speaking with the manager, Robert Fuegate, a deal was made. They really worked with me to make a deal that was fair. From start to finish, everything was excellent. Excellent staff, nice and clean facility, laid back and relaxed atmosphere, nice selection. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Kyel in sales, and if you want to speak with a manager, the awesome Robert Fuegate will make sure you are taken care of. More

Jackie was the best salesman. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to upset me into something I didn't want. He also listened to my needs/wants and understood that when I said what I wa was looking for and didn't try to upset me into something I didn't want. It's difficult to establish a relationship with a dealership that's based on trust and these people are FAR from trustworthy. Be careful! Once you're back with finance be sure to fact-check anything Melissa tells you. My husband went in with preapproval and they asked if they could try to get a lower percentage so he allowed it. They came back with .53% lower which was ok with us, but according to the finance lady, she said that in order to get that rate we had to add GAP we denied GAP several times then she snuck in their BS platinum coverage. She said that was another way to keep the rate lower. I asked several times if we were to remove to platinum would that change our payment and she said no because our interest rate would increase. I called the finance company after the fact only to discover I had been lied to. I did the math and I had my brother in fiance look over the numbers and sure enough, even with the .53% increase, my payment would have been $31 cheaper because the car would have been $2000 cheaper without the added coverage. Sure, it's only $31, but it's the dishonesty that I can't get past. She told me it wouldn't have a difference and the payment would be the same. Lies. I called several times to discuss this only to get a return call because I left a bad review... that's shady. None of the managers returned my call. Interestingly, when we were looking for a vehicle they did not hesitate to call many times. In the future, I will absolutely make sure this doesn't happen again by checking with the finance company PRIOR to signing or having my husband sign. It's definitely a learning lesson and I most certainly will not return. There's no rectification for this and that's ok. You live and you learn. More
