I came with my grandmom to drop off her car for service. As we pulled into the service lane, all the valets, service managers Ryan & Rich were very welcoming and allowed us to take our time. With the help of Melany, she got us a loaner and we were out quick, fast & in a hurry. When returning, Ben Amar welcomed us to gifts, and Frank (her service manager) took very good care of her. Amazing service overall! Would definitely recommend. More

I usually don’t write reviews, but today what I saw at BMW Fort Washington, made me change my mind. My brother asked me to drop his car for service, when I got there, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. BMW Fort Washington, made me change my mind. My brother asked me to drop his car for service, when I got there, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Everyone is smiling, they are happy to see me. They are very pleasant, it made me feel like im at home. In the drive through I met Ryan Young. He was great. Then inside, Rich Lanci the service director was extremely nice and pleasant. He was great. He took me to the show room to show me the waiting area, he made sure I was comfortable. In the showroom, I met a gentleman named Ben Ammar, He was very kind and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure having a conversation with him. It was clear this company cares about their employees. And Mike Fastman the general manager. He is great to his employees and their families. What a place to drop your car for service. Feeling the love everywhere. They showed me the video and when my car was done it was very nice and clean. This is the first time I am giving a review for the service here at Bmw Fort Washington. I am giving them all five stars and recommending them to anyone who wants to buy a car or service their own or even to find a job. This is the place to be, thank you all. You guys are the best. More
