I have purchased numerous vehicles from them over the years since they opened. I haven't bought a vehicle for 17 years and that vehicle came from Gorrud's as well. Sales person Mehran Amirgholi was great. Did enjoyed dealing with him. However.... On pick up day the car wasn’t detailed, polished, or cleaned properly. They claim they are top-notch dea Did enjoyed dealing with him. However.... On pick up day the car wasn’t detailed, polished, or cleaned properly. They claim they are top-notch dealership. Not really. Car had little damage on the back quarter panel. The dealership fixed that damage as arranged during the sale. Right next to it on the door edge there was chip that was starting to rust. They didn’t touch it. Not even put a drop of touch up paint from the one they used on the quarter panel. Why not? The hood had number of scratches. Looks like animal. Cat or racoon or who knows what. They didn’t bother polish the scratches, even though I asked for it. The car was cleaned inside, yet half of the dash board wasn’t wiped and was dusty. Sloppy. Very sloppy work. No way this is high end dealership. Very disappointing. More
